We had a similar problem, new BV8000 PRO with renewed SIM-Card "Deutsche Telekom" and default configurations: phone calls were possible but no data-connection in Netherlands and Belgium, in Germany no problems.
Our solution is, to set the "MVNO-Typ" of APN "T-Mobile D" from "/" to "IMSI" and save these modification. Just testet in Belgium and it worked!
My question: What is the backround of this modification? Any disadvantages to expect?
Thx in advance
