Hi to all!

Got a BV8000 Pro a few days ago, and I already have a few issues with it.

1 - Led light doesn't switch off after charging. Whether it's red or green: when I unplug the cable, the led stays on.
I have to reboot the phone to switch it off.

2 - When I put the phone on Airplane mode, and then turn this mode off, the GPS localisation doesn't work for an hour. Rebooting the phone doesn't help.

3 - I can't plug any regular jack port to the phone (speakers, headphones), as the gap is longer. Where can I buy an adaptor?
Same depth issue with the USB-C cable. Where can I buy an extra cable?

1 and 2) Your problems look uncommon. I suggest to update your device to the latest firmware (20171219) and then perform a factory reset.
