1. I can not do factory reset, respond on VolumeUp+Power button pressed was a "no command"
2. BV8000Pro key board, first row of 1234567890 and second row of qwertyuiop was not responding.
Howeer, third row of asdfghjkl and fourth row of zxcvbnm

When button character button pressed, same.
First row of 1234567890 was not responding.
However, rest of first row was not responding.

3. Does this BV 8000 Pro support 4G LTE band in Indonesia.

1) Please follow this tutorial to boot your device into recovery mode (and then perform a factory reset)

2) Very uncommon problem. I suggest you to update your device to the latest firmware and perform a factory reset. This should solve your issue.

3) Your device supports 4G LTE frequencies 700 /800 /850 /1700 /1800 /1900 / 2100 / 2600 / TDD 1900 /2300 /2600 /2600 / CDMA 2000 Mhz.
In indonesia, as far as i know, some carriers support the 1800 Mhz frequency. If your carrier is one of them, you'll enjoy the LTE.

You can try to replace it, but remember that repairing it by yourself may void your warranty.
I suggest to contact your seller before attempting to do that.
