Hello, the Fingerprint Sensor stop working a few days ago just like that? no changes in any software i did not change any setting the last days before de sensor went dead. already try factory reset! can't add new finger print i delete the old finger print. try to add a new one but it does not react at all it say's Registration is not complete? also tryed all kind of combinations pin codes paswords patrons swipe. also without all these options it still is dead the sensor am i missing something??

What about performing a firmware update followed by another factory reset?
If these can't solve your problem, it's an hardware one!
In this case the only solution will be a replacement.

Hi .no result i did the flash firmware update to 20171114-1146 did factory reset complete fresh start but no result the finger print refuse to work .pretty sure it is a hard ware problem!
