[SOLVED] urgent

Hello,
I am writing this message because I bought a BV8000 pro about two months ago and I have a problem with the battery. Indeed, it takes more and more time to recharge (12 / 13H) and it empties faster and faster (yesterday it lost more than 15% in a few hours while the phone was on standby). I bought this phone because I went on a long trip, a trip around the world, and the phone is an indispensable tool for me, which must have worked well because it was very busy!
Currently, I am in Vietnam and I will need you to find me a quick solution before the phone no longer works!

Hi there! let's have a look.

1) Are you using the original charger and original cable? if NOT, please use it. If YES, please use the microUSB/USB-C adpater provided in the Blackview package and report back.

2) You may need to recalibrate your battery charge. How to?
Please use and discharge your device until it shuts off by itself. Then switch it on again, use and continue discharging it until it shuts off by itself again. Repeat this until the device doesn't switch on anymore: it will mean that the battery is really fully discharged.
At this point charge your device, leaving it switched OFF, until it reaches the 100%. Your battery is now calibrated correctly.
