Hi everyone,

I'm a BV8000 Pro user and has been using it since September 2017. Everything worked fine until last night my BV8000 has charging problem. Everytime I charge it, the battery indicator show charging process but the percentage doesnt't increase, still stuck on 25% (even decrease until left 20% at the time I write this post.)

1. My BV8000 is in standard ROM, always update firmware. Last firmware on my BV8000 Pro is BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170803_20171011-0929.
2. I have change the C-usb cable with another original Blackview C-usb cable (I have spare cable), problem still persist.
3. I've tried to charge using another charger (non-blackview) with 9V-2A output, still no change.
4. Charged using 3.0 usb port in my Laptop, problem still persist.

What else should I do? Any advice before my phone run out of battery.

You may need to calibrate your battery again.

How to?
Please use and discharge your device until it shuts off by itself. Then switch it on again, use and continue discharging it until it shuts off by itself again. Repeat this until the device doesn't switch on anymore: it will mean that the battery is really fully discharged.

At this point charge your device, leaving it switched OFF, until it reaches the 100%. Your battery is now calibrated correctly.
