[SOLVED] BV8000: flashlight and device problem

Hello there,

Hope everything is fine. I have found two problem in my device (Blackview BV8000):

- The first one is that my flashlight doesn't work. Well, some time ago it was working and then it stopped working, don't know why. It has never fallen and I've never put it underwater;

- The second problem is that sometimes it restart on its own. I've thought that it was because it restarts when it upgrades its software, but I prefer to ask to you if it's because of this or for another problem.

Ciao!

The first problem really looks like an hardware fault.

For the second problem, follow this thread (it is an hardware fault too):

Before sending your device back to your seller for a replacement, wich is the most logical solution, you could try to update your device to the latest firmware (20171011 version at least), perform a factory reset after that and report back if any of your problems get mitigated.
