My problem is that when turning on the automatic rotation of the screen, the screen is rotated to the horizontal position and so it stays to return to the previous position (vertical) I have to turn off the automatic rotation of the screen. My question is whether it can be repaired without giving back to the site?

Try to perform a factory reset. If it doesn't solve your issue, your device has an hardware fault that you cannot repair by yourself. In this case you'll have to contact your seller for a replacement.
