[SOLVED] cellular data and internet connection failed

I am traveling between the US and Romania. I put my Romanian SIM I get not internet connection. I tried vodafone, and T mobile SIM but to no avail. I have set several APN but no results. I can make calls and text but I require internet on this phone.
