HI, I am new here,
however, owning a bv8000pro the last few months there is an ongoing issue that bothers me a lot.

during a call it starts off great quality 4g, after a minute or so it drops signal to "g" and is acting as if I'm in poor reception, to fix this i need to hang up and call again. its very annoying. has anyone a fix for this? i must add i have put my sim card into another phone without any issue.

Your problem is definitely uncommon.
Because of that, i reccomend to perform a firmware upgrade followed by a factory reset. Report back, we are listening!
