Hey, I'm having an issue with google play apps not loading up because it says I have an unstable network connection.
Now the 4g is appearing on top screen, the settings are all allocated for me to use data, the apps are also allocated to use data, I've double checked everything and even tried a factory reset to fix it, to no avail.
Now keeping in mind, messaging, gps, snapchat, everything else for that matter works running on data, just not the google play apps or connecting to google play for that matter, and this only whilst on data.
When I'm on wifi, everything is works great.
Ideas?

Very weird and definitely uncommon problem.
If performing a factory reset didn't solve it.... the road will be hard!
It looks related also to google's problems.... out of our range!

Some solutions, one of them may work!

Go to settings -> apps -> Google play store app. Do the same for Google play services app.

Once in the apps settings:

- Go to "storage", then clear cache and data.

- Go to "..." in the upper right corner and select "unistall updates", if available.

- Tap on "Shut down" and then tap on "disable" (also confirm on unistall things if prompted) the app.
Then enable it again and update it to the latest version.

- Go to "data usage" and enable "Background data" and "Unrestriced data usage"

Report back if one of these solution solved your problem ;)
