[SOLVED] Problems with the smartphone and support ...

1. spontaneous reboots in the rest mode, for the last night there were two with an interval of 1.5 hours with the awakening of me, my wife and our son of two years, the topic in your forum viewtopic.php?f=191&t=326767.
2. The smartphone spends 2% of the charge every 1 hour, even in flight mode, this is due to the constant active mode, the topic on your forum is viewtopic.php?f=191&t=329113.
I am forced to return the smartphone I bought to the seller with the return of the money I have consumed, it is very unfortunate that I will have to spend $ 20-25 on the shipment, it is a great pity that I believed in your products. Your indifference to the problem you lost the client, and judging by the forum http://4pda.ru/forum - not one client !!!

We are aware of these bugs. We are testing and try to fix the different issues and will report - or already did report - them to the tech team.
We just need some time, as problems are not 100% reproducible or costant. Don't loose your faith! ;)

I already sent my smartphone to the seller, it was sent without a reset to the factory settings, and hence with saved usage logs and problem logs. Maybe someone will help you and my troubled smartphone can help.
