[SOLVED] Screen Shaking

I purchased a BV8000 Pro from a Chinese company about three months ago. After about a month of operation the screen began to shake. I made a video of the problem and posted to YouTube >>>LINK<<< It gets worse depending on which application is loaded. If I remove the background photo it shakes less. I have updated the phone to the latest firmware, looked at as many settings as I think would apply and reset the phone to Factory Settings with no effect, it still shakes.

I contacted the company I purchased it from and spent almost a month getting to the point of actually having substantive communications. The company will repair, if I pay the return postage. Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service will not ship cell phones internationally and FedEx/ UPS charge over $160 to ship. Unless there is a fix, it looks like I made two mistakes: 1) buying a cell phone directly from a Company in China without a US return address and 2) buying a BV8000 Pro.

Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise this may be my first and last post.

Sorry to hear this. We provided a software update to stop the screen flickering. If that don't help for you I can not tell you anything else than you can exchange it over your seller.

As far i can see, your display is defective. A cheaper solution could be buying another display and change it by yourself. It's not so hard, just a matter of removing screws and replace the whole display with a new one.

You should ask your seller about having a new replacement display shipped at no cost (or with a good discount). This is the best solution i can see.
