Use the latest firmware and only the original cable + Plug.

I also have the problems with the slow-charging battery. I have no current firmware because I do not get OTA. Here is my posting viewtopic.php?f=192&t=325992.
And I do not want to risk turning my phone into a brick if I change the firmware. What should I do?
And I'm using the original chargingcable.

-Be sure it is really slower than other bv8000pro
-Use original plug and maybe try out on other original cable.
-Wipe your data/settings*
-Flash the latest firmware
-If it don't help ask your seller for an exchange

*wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Be sure to use non only the original usb cable, but also the original charger or a charger that supports the quick charge feature (9V output at 2A).
