[SOLVED] Bluethooth connection issure with Oral-B

I use a Oral-B with Bluetooth support but I cann't use it with my BV6000 and BV8000pro do you have any idea what could the problem , it seems that the hardware see the device but in the interaction with the software interface the connection is gone.
