[SOLVED] URGENT ....black screen...URGENT

Hello, I have since today a black screen on my bv8000pro !!!! impossible to turn it back on. Only the charge indicator stays on. Thank you for giving me the procedure to follow to restart it.

Perform a factory reset using the recovery mode:
viewtopic.php?f=192&t=334922If it doesn't fix your problem or you can't access the recovery mode, contact your seller for a replacement under warranty.
