Hi,

My blackview mic is not working anymore. I made some calls before. But now the mic is " broken ", software or hardware problem.

I'm on android 7. What I did was:

(*) Factory reset
(*) *#code# to set mic level higher
(*) audio recorder app, not working
(*) looked if something blocked the mic
(*) updated to latest firmware

I can only call with headset

What to do?

It looks really like an hardware fault.

You can:
1) Contact your seller for a warranty repair
2) Buy a spare microphone and replace it by yourself, but ONLY if you have good hands for things like that.
