[SOLVED] Does the SOS button do anything if I don't set a contact?

Can anyone verify that the SOS button will NOT attempt to contact any sort of emergency services if I have no contact set?

I confirm: SOS button will NOT attempt to contact any sort of emergency services if you have not set any contact. It will only prompt you to add a contact.
