Hello,

I have bought a bv8000 and have some questions:

1. Why is the display very bright no matter on which the brightness setting I set it on

2. Where can I get a suitable headset for the phone since the audio jack is not a standart version

1) Disable adaptive brightness
2) There are many shops selling fitting headphones at shopping platforms like aliexpress: https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/Original ... 8fb51450f8

Hi, admin. Instead of replacement headphones, do you know any adapters to use existing normal headphones? My ears are very sensitive and I can't use in-ear headphones for more than 5 minutes without beginning to feel a little pain.

I know I can use bluetooth, and I have already tested my bluetooth headset with my brand new BV8000 Pro, but I'd like to also be able to use my existing wired headset, which is a Sony headset with quite superior quality, which would also allow me to save more battery while listening to some music or talking hands-free.

Thanks

Get an adapter here. You'll be able to use any headset (with and without mic) without damaging anything.

Have you tried installing another launcher, personally I use Evie.
