I have had my Blackview BV8000 PRO since aug 2017. Yesterday the camera sudenly stoped to work. When I tried to start the camera a message like "can´t connect to the device" appeared. The flashlight doesn't work either. I deleted all apps that may interact with the camera and the flashlight but the camera still not work. After that I reset the phone to factory settings but the camara still not work. What to do? Anywone please.

This is clearly an hardware fault. Please contact your seller to have you device replaced.
