Hello.
I want to share my impression about the bv8000pro. I find that the sensitivity of the touch screen is too low. Yes I have a toughened glass protection, but it has always worked very well with my old smartphone.
With the blackview sometimes my finger is not detected, suddenly to write I have to press hard or insist on the screen.
Do you encounter the same problem?
Or is the glove mode? False advertising ?

Somethimes thick glass protectors may be problematic in some devices (not only in Blackview's ones!). I reccomend to replace it with a thinner one.

While writing, do you lay your phone on a table?

Anyway, will ask the tech team to increase screen sensivity a bit.
