Hello,

My phone has stopped work. Only the red light is working while it is on charge. I have tried to reset it,no result.

I reccomend to perform a factory reset using the recovery mode.

If a factory reset doesn't fix that problem, or if you can't accesso to it, it is definitely an hardware fault. In this case you'll have to contact your seller for a replacement.
