I've got Blackview BV8000 Pro for a week, I just tried to copy files from device to PC but there's a dialog screen like this. Files less than 5mb can be copied without any problems, transfer any kind of files from PC to Blackview isnt a problem, but from Blackview to PC - like on video.

what does the error message mean?
is it fixes with OTA uopdate 20171011?
Are your VCOM driver installed correct on pc?

Message means "Error of copying file or folder" and below "Device connected to PC doesn't work". Phone was updated to 10.10.2017. System is Windows XP. Driver of MPT device was installed automatically. Its weird that I can transfer smaller files from BV8000 to PC without any problems, but there's an error when I try to copy more than 100mb.

Updated to 10.10.2017, but problem is still existin'. File near 100mb or more can't be transfered to PC, From PC to BV8000 Pro files can be transfered in every weight of file. Drivers were installed after device was pluged in USB automatically.

Can you test it on a system with, at least, windows 8.1?
