Firmware V0.1_20170803_20171011-0929 is now available over OTA Update. Download file should follow in the next days.
If you have some issues with that Firmware version please post it here. This helps us to have an overview and offer a fix soon.

If possible try out first if a wipe/factory* reset will help to solve your issue.

*wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now.

Hello, when will the latest OTA update be available, talking about the 20171011, and what will it fix? I get a battery issue, my BV8000 pro doesn’t stay longer than 12 hours (one day) where as everyone state that their phones last for two days with one charge.

When i had BV6000, that was stolen, battery lasted 2-3 days. And that was really great thing about it! ))

I have downloaded and applied this latest update, all works ok afterwards. Audio, Wi-Fi, Calls, Rear Camera, Front Camera, all seems good. Thanks!

20171011 should be available as Over the Air Update when you open "settings>about phone>update". I don't have a release not but I know that wrong red in photos and in app fingerprint issues are fixed now.

I am not sure if it can solve your battery issue. Short battery times can have multiple reasons, like the bigger display with more resolution. But for me the bv8000pro last two days with much time of using.

Good work , my pictures after the update are beautiful, very sharp and vivid colors , and I have the impression that the phone is faster,only wifi range is very poor up to 5 meters but it's probably the antenna issue.

Just updated to V0.1_20170803_20171011-0929 , clear cache + factory reset from recovery

Issues still remaining:
-bluetooth still has disconnection and robotic voice issues
-back button some times doesn't respond
-on high lights area the contrast changes in very ugly colors


(this is the same photo on bv8000, but if you direct a light to the screen(flashlight, sun light, etc, you get the ugly effect on the right)

An option to deactivate contrast change would be nice
Bluetooth call fix would be great
ptt, sos button deactivation or the option to set any other app/command for that button
Back button to work properly would be nice

After the latest update, I can confirm additional fixes. For example, it seems that occasional mobile data coverage issues have stopped. the phone now manages mobile data connectivity as it should.
i just performed OTA without factory reset.
