After only 2 weeks, my BV8000 PRO won't charge and also cannot be connected to any laptop.

I try it other cable but no way.

I made a factory reset also no way.

I read in many topics on the forum and it talk about the firmware... but I did'nt find the right firmware for this problem and even if I found it I cannot use it coz of my battery is on 0%.

Can you help me please, I'm located in Morocco.

Be sure you use the original cable with long plug and it is inserted correct.
Flashing can work also with empty phone.

If nothing helps exchange the device over seller
