[SOLVED] BV8000 Pro Problems with phone call , my audio disappears

I have my BV8000 Pro for 10 days and I have problems when I make or receive phone calls, even with calls from whatsapp, my audio gets low and they do not listen to me for a moment and then come back, I to the other person I always listen well, Difficult to communicate like this and I use it to work, some solution with some adjustment? greetings Hector
