[SOLVED] proximity sensor and back button - bv8000 pro

Hi all,
I have just purchased a BV8000 pro smartphone, 2 days ago and I've noticed 2 problems (major I would say) for which I'm searching for a workaround.

1. the back button is very often unresponsive, sometimes I had to touch it for 3-4 times in order to have the expected response. I have tried to find a pattern for a place where's better to touch but seems that there's some kind of randomness in the functionality.

2. The proximity sensor does not work accurate, very often when in conversation the screen activates, and the call goes into hold, mute, etc from the touching of my face

Please advice for some workarounds regarding the two mentioned problems.

Thanks.

update to the latest firmware and perform a factory reset after that.

I've notices that tapping the back button on the right side works almost 100% of the time. The other two buttons seem to have a wider touchable surface, and the back button seems narrower
