[SOLVED] Earpiece Volume - very low

Wed Sep 27, 2017 12:36 am

MY BV8000Pro has just developed a problem.
The earpiece volume all of a sudden became very quiet during calls. The volume is set to maximum but is still very faint.
I have tried a power down and power on and even a factory reset /wipe data but is still very quiet. Calls on speakerphone and bluetooth are normal.
Admin are you able to help?
Thank you

you could try to
- clean speaker with water or magnet
- set the volume high in engeneer mode
- exchange the earpeace (available over aliexpress)
- exchange device over seller

How do you mean this?

Actually i have a microphone that no longer works. The Seller was the Blackview Store(bought trough Ali express). But i contact directly the Service Team from Blackview. And get the same answer.

Why exchange, when i can get a spare part?Or does the guarantee no longer works for this kind of solution?

So i ask you here, too.I prefer a good service and for the others a company that get good recommendations about service.
Of course, if i buy a car, i go not to the manufacturer, but in this case, you can analyze the damaged parts to make a product better.

What should i do, and in the case of rgnz, what should he do?

Thanks for information.

I managed to finally sort out what was happening.
The small bezel that covers the earpiece has a small cloth type covering glued to the back of it.
By using a small flat blade screwdriver I was bale to remove the bezel and carefully remove a small amount of the cloth which had become completely blocked.
Re-attached the bezel and it works fine now.
