-you could try to clean the speker with a magnet, air or water
-you can ask your seller for help
-you can search for spare parts on aliexpress

I have the same problem - it seems some units come with defective speakers from the manufacturer. The merchant I bought them from confirmed this but then stopped responding my messages, so I got a complete refund from AliExpress. I purchased replacements here:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2pcs-lo ... 40228d8052They come today for about 10 days from China to Bulgaria. I am waiting now for the service centre to replace them - it will be ready next week I hope.

I replaced my phone speakers with the new ones I bought from AliExpress - they were ok for exactly 1 hour and then both started to sizzle terribly!
Again - the phone cannot be used for making calls. The guys from the service center where the speakers were replaced suggested that this is most possibly a software problem with the polyphony.
I am using the latest ROM update via OTA - 20171011.
Admin - any suggestions?

I found a video of the problem - it is made by another user but I have exactly the same problem both with Loudspeaker and Earspeaker
