Hi Admin,
How do I request service? My seller say the manufacturer will repair, I tried to contact Kelly/Alstrom from post sales contact page but no reply.
Do you have office in Hong Kong? Shipping a device with battery to China is difficult.
Thanks,
Raf.

Good luck. I've been trying for ages. Admin say I need to get replacement ph but when I ask how they don't respond. I've tried seller, multiple threads on here (P2 lite page), contact page on BV site. Nothing. Please let us know if you have any luck

I am trying to contact any Blackview service support for more than one month and nobody responds - I tried all of the contacts listed here:
http://blackview.hk/contact-us/The AliExpress merchant I bought the phone from also stopped responding.
This is a shame!

This is terrible. I've been a big fan of BV6000 since it launched, despite all the software/hardware problems, and i was really looking forward to the BV8000.
I hope Admin can help.

Your seller should help you to repair or replace the phone in warranty time if needed. It doesn't matter if we will do the repair in the end or someone else.
But if your seller will not help you could alsy try something else: moust mobile phones bought over aliexpress are automaticly by "One-year warranty administered by Allianz Global Assistance" or similar services. This is provided by aliexpress, not by the seller. Check if your buy is covered through this service and get the phone repaired or exchanged through it.

Warranty does only work in the following countries:Russia, Spain, Germany, and the US; and tablet warranties for buyers in Russia.
so we all, who not live in the countries we have to waste it?
I live in Sweden and i own a BV6000(Display was wrong, i get a spare part from Blackview) and a BV8000Pro with actually not working microphone(get answer from Alston "service team" to wanna buy a microphone from him.....
So there is no warranty? Thanks for information.Helps me to buy in future quality products.

On a happier note, my seller got back to me and I managed to get a replacement, but the whole process took 6 weeks and a trip to Shenzhen (Golden week holiday and I cannot ship Li-ion device internationally via courier)...
I wish you all good luck.
Blackview: I know some people that works in reverse logistics that I can introduce to you... better support = happier customers = more referrals = more sales!
