The PTT (sos) option start by itself and by restarting it it get stuck on the "no command" screen, after rebooting it 2-3 times again it reboots normally & the ptt option starts again, even the volume keys starts working by themselves again as well.

Please help me to sort out the problem.

open the 4 screws on that side and check nothing is pinched
