I'm so far very happy with my bv8000.
However it fell down and is now damaged. I'm worried it might be not water proofe any more.
Since it fell down only from 1 meter it should not be damaged.

Dear admin, can I send it back to blackview?

I did countless tests playing against the ground, and this was what happened to mine.

You could ask your seller for an exchange. If you don't like that I suggest to open the phone and check if the seals of the case are damaged.
