Automatic call recorder pro

A wile ago I buyed the app Automatic call recorder pro, and it worked well and still works well on my devices,(even blutooth headset calls are well recorded) except on Bv8000 pro. When I listen to my call recordings on bv8000 pro(on blutooth or not on blutooth), I can hear only my voice but not the other caller's voice, so it becomes useless. Please fix this with an update if possible. I allways record calls, if I forget anything important I can listen to the call recordings. Now I can't anymore.
Please help.

Have you checked the permissions for the App? I'm not sure what permission it would need to access the other end of the call but maybe try and give it all the permissions available and see if that helps.

The permissions were on, so that's not the problem, I think it interferes with the phone's app recording option.

In that case ask the app developer for a fix.

the app worked fine on all devices, only on bv8000 pro has problems
the own in phone option from black view, to record calls, works fine, but i have to manually press record everytime, if there would of been an option to set to autorecord every call it would of been a better experience with this phone, or give permision for tird parties to be able to record, not onli the stock one.

i got some problem using automatic call recording pro but i found a new application can do the automatic call recording for blackview bv8000.
i already tried it and success.
