Hi,

I just received my BV8000, after using it for a few hours now I started to notice that the back button (right buttom under the touchscreen) responds really bad. The home and settings button works really good, but the back button often only works after a few touches and not always.

Am I the only one having this issue? And more important can this be resolved? I hope its a software issue but I'm not sure, the place where it detects touch on the back button seems to be a lot less "sensitive" or a lot smaller then for the 2 other buttons.

Pls help me.

Hi Blackview team, the latest update definitely improves responsiveness, but it is far from being perfect and the back button is still unresponsive sometimes.
