Hi,
I have a problem with the screen of my new BV 8000 Pro:
Yesterday night the charge ran down with a the red led on.
I charged the phone but when I turned it on the screen didn't work any more! The phone seems going, I still can shut it down and I still have the feedback of the bottons.
The phone never fell to the ground or water.

What can I do?

Hello. Firstly, try to flash latest stock firmware. If issue not will be fixed, you need to contact with your seller about warranty repair. Download link of firmware. viewtopic.php?f=192&t=213272
