New Bluetooth issues and other stuff

Sat Sep 02, 2017 8:05 am

Since the last update i get Bluetooth audio problems.

Build BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170803_20170829-1811

It seems like the CPU processes are in wrong difficulty. If the display is off, everything is OK. When I use the phone parallel the audio on my Bluetooth headset stops and plays quick. After 2min of using the phone the sound plays normal.

I also have the problem that the gallery loads soooooooooooo long. Loading the thumbs of 10 pics takes over 1min.

I have a very fast Sandisk 64gb SD (Sandisk Extreme Pro) card in intern storage mode putted in. Now I have 128gb intern memory but it is awesome slow. In the first two builds there were released it was quicker.

And at least, what's about configuration of the SOS button. I like to use other things with this button.

Thanks a lot for your help

The internal Flash memory is way faster, than the SD-Card slot. I also got the Sandisk SDXC 64GB Class 10 UHS-1, which is able to read up to 80-90MB/s and write just below 50MB/s. In my BV8000 Pro it reaches 53MB/s read and merely 25MB/s write. The internal storage reaches 132/190 (r/w, yes, writing is faster than reading).

So, 50MB/s should be enough for reading a few pictures, but as I've seen, there's also a Sandisk SDXC 64GB Card which is named exactly the same (including Class 10, UHS-1), but is considerably slower. Maybe the shop put in false information, but if it's real, you might have one of those only capable of reading up to 30MB/s.

Mind, that you also get thumbs from videos you took. This might take more time to make a thumbnail than for a picture.

As for the SOS Button, I'd wish for the same. You could download and install a PTT app, but the button only works as a shortcut to open the app. No walkie-talkie like behaviour, because then you start the SOS mode. It should be configurable: Those who need it, can link to the SOS function, those who don't need that, use it for something else, or nothing at all.
Expecially while taking photos, I accidentially activate the button, because my right tumb is right were the button is, when I hold the phone in portrait position.

Hello,
I have searched the forum for possible solutions to the car hands free connection problem i have but so far no useful answer and mostly silence from the support.
Can it really be the Android version that is the problem? I have a BV 8000 Pro with Android 7.
The car is Lexus with the bluetooth protocols HFP version 10 and OPP version 11 and it specifically says that both must be handled by the telephone to make a good connection.
Bluetooth is said to be backwards compatible as standard so then remains the Android version 7 as the cause for the problem. Can the BV 8000 Pro be changed to Android 6 or is there another solution?

Oh my God.... Is the internal memory feature on Android 7 so slow? Look at the benchmark

I tested it with a brand new Samsung SD card for diagnostic

Another test. I think your phone is slower because is not set to "High Power" (Sports mode) in the battery settings.

The app is "a1 SD benchmark"

It seems that is no difference between the power mode in battery settings for the write and read speed on my device. Also the two difficult SD cards are nearly the same. In my pc there are many faster

Good afternoon. Brought me a BV8000 Pro in early July. Perfectly contacted
on Bluetooth with the car Nissan Х-трайл Т32 with old telephones.
After connecting the BV8000 Pro, the normal communication is broken. Became frequent
Interrupt and loss of communication. And the sound became very quiet, at the maximum with
hard to hear with whom you communicate. I took two phones of other brands and
alternately connected - the sound with them is ideal, you can already deafen. Trust me
the problem is in the firmware. I ask you to correct Bluetooth in a short
time, often communicate on the phone as a working tool.
Firmware current BV8000 Pro-BV8000-V0.1_20170803_20170829-1811
did not help to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

It seems that a phone call after 2minutes gets canceled. Also my internet connection is not very stable.

All with the latest firmware.
