Connections to China

I would like to know why is BeautySnap connecting to IP address 140.205.166.97 which is part of AS37963 CNNIC-ALIBABA-CN-NET-AP Hangzhou Alibaba Advertising Co.,Ltd., CN and Duraspeed is connecting to 61.151.217.101 (101.217.151.61.dial.xw.sh.dynamic.163data.com.cn)
The Network Access Control in the settings is just a placebo as both applications are able to connect even switched off.

I don't know what beautysnap is exactly doing and I already forwarded this to our technicians. Feel free to disable the App is you like to (settings>apps>system apps).
