i can tell you, that all issues after the update to V0.1_20170803_20170822-1836 are gone.

All works perfectly. The camera makes the photos as it should be, the fingerprint react like it have to do.Bluetooth always connected.No longer restarts and freeze of screen.

NFC not tested fully, but react to read a credit card, and connect by a other mobile when both NFC is on.Can transfer contacts.

Battery time deepens on the time i have the screen on, after 15 hours 60% , could be better, but i can reach two days with out charging.

WiFi always works without disconnecting.

Screen is without errors, and the "back" button worked from beginning.

I am very happy with the support, So Blackview Team, you have done a good job.

!!!IMPORTANT!!!
All they are not happy, please write down Errors in numbers (1. 2. 3. and so on) Write your Version-number in beginning.This would help the support much.Don´t talk bad about do nothing, my HTC has still a screen with a long brick in the glass and the support no longer answer, because it´s old.At this time they promised me a a new display, nothing happens.(Blackview send me a new display for my BV 6000, and it works exactly like they said).

They do a good job, The BV 8000 Pro looks like the Flagship of all.....There is no other phone that can all in the same package.

Only i wish Adapter for the Aux and a cover to keep it save, even it is a Outdoor-Phone.

I am very glad with the functionality and so long i have nothing to do as saying Blackview " Phones for everyone"!!!

I'm glad for you. But - after this update - after the 2 or 3 hours - was indicated a Headphones label in upper line. Speaker was disconnected, impossible to listen music etc.... Is it result of update?

For better explaining:

i did one time a factory reset and the last update i used trough OTA.All works.At least my modell.

Should we factory reset the phone every time?

Some of us use it like a tool, and cannot set it up from the beginning every time. God damn.

@kanesaxo you don't need a factory reset after each update but if you have strange issues after updating it often helps to solve it.

-bluetooth is still not ok
-when making a phonecall, the screen reacts on the touch of mij face
-no automatic sync with gmail or other apps unless i open gmail

Hmm, i have thw ****814 update and i don't have any of the problems reported. Camera works fine (i believe), fingerprint fine too, screen ok, bluetooth ok, wirelles ok, nfc tested with a card ok, speaker ok, havent tried headphones though.

I'm not sure if i must apply the update which just came over OTA.

Will it be possible to upgrade the pro sell BV8000 with android 7, for android 8?

I would like to help the support, but the most can't read. Post your problems include the version you actually use and Blackview can analyze.

We don't need discuss here. I told my is working and if some are not happy, the Blackview team can't help by only crying.

Start your own post and fill the forum here with your scrap. The support will be getting worse because even me can't be everywhere.

My latest update is V0.1_20170803_20170822-1836
Camera issues are the same. My Xiaomi 3s phones gives much better photos..
Also right lower camera button is not working. Any suggestions?
