Anyone having battery calibration issues?

My phone charges, discharges to 60% in 1 hour, (hangs), back up to 88% after reboot, then shuts down in 1 hour, saying 0% battery...

Using original charger and cables...

Update: Charging with power on, but battery stay at 0%. Trying Charging when switched off...

Admin, any ideas how to recalibrate the battery? I'm sure the battery is fine, but the phone is shutting off at 4.3V.

Already flashed back firmware and cleared data....

I will ask our technician what to do.
