I have the following 2 issues

1. The WiFi keeps dropping out and not reconnecting even though I'm literally sitting next to the WiFi router

2. Android pay doesn't work, I had the same issue with the bv6000 when it was first released

For the first issue try resetting your router and check if you're using 2.4ghz instead of 5ghz (if your router supports it)

for the second your issue will be recorded and passed on to the appropriate person
