I've just bought a brand new BV8000 pro. The usb type-c charger cable provided in the box is NOT long enough to plug in to the device.

Same thing with the headphones cable provided.

In a brand new unopened box 2 wrong cables!!!

Give me a solution. I have a new device and cannot use it.

I can provide photos if needed.

Y.G. the micro usb to usb-c adapter is fine, it has the proper length to plug in. So it's the only thing correct in the box.

Sorry for that. Please contact your seller to receive the correct cable.

The seller is at least idiot.

They told me to send my device back to them, and if the cables are as i say they ll give me a new set.

They just could sent me a pair of cables !!!

Just got my BV8000 Pro.

My cables are fine, but the headset plug is regular length and is not recognized by the phone when inserted (audio still plays out of phone speaker)

Other phones have IP68 rating and open normal headphone socket

My cable, microUSB/Type-C adapter and headphone works well. But I need to have also other cable! For example if I forgot the original Type-C cable somewhere, I can't recharge the phone because a standard cable is not compatible.

Can you tell me where is possible to find other cable and headphone that fit on BV8000pro??

Blackview sell these parts as accessories?

Can't use the phone with regular aux cable in the car.

i had the same problem : usb-c cable in the box was a standard cable and doen't work but there was an adaptator in the box to use with BV8000.
