[SOLVED] Sound/speaker problem with blackview bv8000 pro

Hello!
Yesterday i received my brand new blackview bv8000 pro. But there is issues with the loudspeaker. There is no sound att all from it from music player, alarm, phone call signal and so on. The only sound from loudspeaker is when i pick upp a call or make an call. There is coming sound from bluetooth speaker if I choose to use that. Sound works as it should with the "ear speaker" that came with the phone. The "Do not disturb" function is NOT activated ( check several times and the phone vibrate when alarm clock goes on but no sound). I had tried factory reset and i have the the BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170718. Any help is highly appreciated.

Jonas, hard reset you device, it shoud do.
I just got my bv8000 pro with the same issue, after hard reset, it is all good.

I can now confirm that my hardware is broken, so I have to rpalce it.
Is there a quick way to buy a replacement? I'm skilled enough to replace it. Please give me some info, even in PM if not permitted by forum policies.
