Good day, I hope my message finds you well? I'm very frustrated an upset with my new BV8000pro. My old BV5000 suffers severe flickering on screen so I thought upgrade. Out of the box and the first thing I try is the 16mp rear camera and the picture is Awful. It is as a Negative White is Black and vice versa. I thought camera fault but when I view pictures taken on Pc theyr'e fine. I've tried adjusting allsorts of things in the Miravision settings and no change. I downloaded system update and still no difference. Can anyone help please? 5 mails sent to BV H.K. and no response so what do I do now? I can't go on Facebook as all pictures terrible, I can't see pictures sent from friends and relations. What's the point of paying good money for a phone with no back up plus when out of the box having serious faults.

update to the latest Firmware and perform a factory reset in recovery after that.

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now
