i received my BV8000 Pro last week, i was very happy to the phone until i went to the lake and i tried to see if the phone is waterproof, unfortunately some water entered into the phone, I did not want to believe it succesed really, so i went quickly at Home to dry the phone and i seen that one screw on the back did not have a rubber gasket, now the phone is in recovery mode but i can do nothing because the buttons aren't work.
What can i do? The phone is new and i'm very happy with this phone, do you have any solution?
do you provide any type of guarantee?

i have the same problem with my bv8000pro, I've just bought BV8000pro from AMAZON USA, two weeks ago, the phone has exposed to water and now its stop charging and the water was entered to the back camera. what to do?
