SPEAKER PROBLEM

Hello, the loudspeaker of my bv8000pro starts to sizzle after a few seconds when listening to a video or a music. Exactly as cientistagyn does in this video: https://youtu.be/PHYpo6uPvBI.
Thank you for telling me if I have to send the phone to Bangood or if it will be corrected by an update?

I am in any case very disappointed of this phone and I hope you will find me a quick solution before the damage in terms of image for the brand is too big !!!!!

Unfortunately also I have this problem I would like to know if it is possible to solve it. It is 1 month that I complain about this and unfortunately we are so many to have this issue with the speaker but nothing happens. Where is your seriousness.

Have you tried a factory reset?

If you are affected by this issue scratching speaker noise please try to update to the latest firmware and perform a factory reset after that. If that don't help please contact your seller to exchange the device. Sorry for this inconvenience. (Only) if you don't receive help by the seller please contact us with all your buying details (shop, date, order-number, ...).
