Unfortunately also I have this problem I would like to know if it is possible to solve it. It is 1 month that I complain about this and unfortunately we are so many to have this issue with the speaker but nothing happens. Where is your seriousness.

Have you tried a factory reset?

If you are affected by this issue scratching speaker noise please try to update to the latest firmware and perform a factory reset after that. If that don't help please contact your seller to exchange the device. Sorry for this inconvenience.
