I have been using bv8000pro for 1 week.
Today , I noticed that speakers turn off even headphone is not plugged.

It shows headset indicator on screen top.
Music sounds from media speaker on restart.
Bell does not rings when receive phone call.
Phone speaker does not work when phone talking.

please give me a help
