[SOLVED] Blackview BV8000 Pro dont work cellular network problem and the fingerprint

I bought this phone two weeks ago and I'm trying all the time to make cellular network work on both sim cards but I do not succeed.
I tried everything from returning to the factory, reset, manual adjustment.........
Did anyone else have this problem?, Or someone knows the solution Or what to try.
The other problem is the fingerprint, is working When I got it but he did not want To work every time, Once unlocked 5 times not.
Now after factory reset He scanned the fingers but dont want to unlock.

please compare if the carrier frequencies are supported:
2G: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G: WCDMA 850 /900 /1700 /1900 /2100
TDSCDMA 1900 /2100
4G: LTE 700 /800 /850 /1700 /1800 /1900 / 2100 / 2600
TDD 1900 /2300 /2600 /2600
CDMA 2000


update to the latest Firmware 20170718 and perform a factory reset in recovery after that.

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Had the same problem with mobile internet and can confirm that wipe data/factory reset in recovery has solved the problem.
