In this position, key illumination off, this is not always, I have to press the return button several times

Can you please try if a factory reset will solve this?
(this would delete your data so please backup)

Factory reset not help, I did after update to android 20170718. One more thing, the phone is restarting itself, fingerprints and light sensors do not work after this restart. I have to turn off and turn on the power button
