Hi there,

My brand new BV8000 pro has a problem.
Very often he isn't working at all.
Screen is off, when somebody calls me they hear the tone which one you hear when someone is already calling with someone else.
So, he's not unlockable, isn't powered off and really does nothing.
The only solution is reboot.
Sometimes 5 times a day, sometimes 20 times.
It only occurs when the phone is locked.

Already tried the total reset as adviced on this forum.

Can someone help me here?

Do you mean when the phone is locked, it will reboot 5 times or 20 times a day?

If you mean the 20170718 update, my device was allready up to date.
It seems like some (normal users accesable)settings cause this.
So, i keep everything basic as posible and now there is't a problem the last few days.

It's strange that a clean phone with original soft and firmware this kind of problem can be experienced.
Not a good start with my first Blackview phone ever.
